Who is the organizer of ProMat?

ProMat 2013 is sponsored by Material Handling Industry of America (MHIA). MHIA is an international trade association that has represented this industry since 1945. MHIA members include material handling and logistics equipment and systems manufacturers, integrators, consultants, publishers, and third party logistics providers. The association also sponsors trade events such as MODEX to showcase the products and services of its member companies and to educate industry professionals on the productivity solutions provided through material handling and logistics. Registration

How do I register to attend?

You can register online by completing a brief form. You will be asked to provide a valid email address, create a password, and provide basic contact information.

How much does it cost to attend?

Show registration is free. Your registration will give you free entrance to the ProMat 2013 exhibits and show floor educational sessions.

When will I receive my show badge?

Your badge and show guide will be mailed to you in December 2012. If you do not receive your badge or if you lose it, click here to reach ProMat 2013 customer service. When you arrive at the the Georgia World Congress Center, go directly to a Badge Holder Pick-up Counter and exchange half of your badge for a badge holder. You can then go directly to the ProMat 2013 show floor.

May I bring a child to the show?

No. Children under 16 cannot attend ProMat 2013.

Hotel and Travel

Will there be a shuttle bus service to McCormick Place?

Yes. ProMat 2013 will offer complimentary shuttle busses between ProMat 2013 show hotels and McCormick Place. Busses will run between McCormick Place and all designated ProMat 2013 Show hotels from January 21 - 24, 2013. Bus schedules will be posted at McCormick Place and in each hotel.

International Visitors

Who do I contact for obtaining a visa?

Please contact Cathy Moose by email or call 1-704-676-1190. We will send you an invitation to attend ProMat 2013 that you can present as documentation for getting a visa.
